With both these logos attached to the name La Ruta Maya Belize River Challenge, and the Maya Sun God "Kinich Ahau" in a canoe with two paddlers, these make up the official symbols of the event. All policy and communications are directed through this office with Orlando Harrison as contact person. Any negotiations by potential sponsors who would like to support the event and gain benefit from the exposure which it offers, must be handled and agreed to by the committee through this office. Any official information about the project must be channeled through this point, however any committee member will be able to assist with general information. All official invitations to sponsors, media, support agencies, etc. will be directed through this center.

The project is undertaking to build a webpage through the generous support of Inner Corridor Technologies of Houston, Texas. This webpage will seek to coordinate exposure of the event, its sponsors and its major promotional platform of the environment/ecology of the Belize Old River, the culture/history of the communities along the river, and the tourism potential which this awesome natural resource presents for the people of Belize and their guests. Any materials which sponsors wish to be put onto the page must be forwarded to the central office for forwarding to the Webmaster.
